I learned about Misa nail polish several months back, but never really had the chance to get my hands on a few bottles or drop by a nail salon that carries them.
And why not?
Because Misa can be purchased from Beauty Blends Inc. and I’ve never been one to patronize online shopping as it doesn’t allow me to carefully scrutinize the products I want. Also, nail polish salons across the metro predominantly carry OPI, Orly, Sally Hansen, Essie and China Glaze so I practically forgot about Misa.
That was until a few days ago when I tried out a (relatively) new nail salon somewhere in Quezon City, which carries the brand’s latest collections.
The two colors I picked out coincidentally belong to the same collection: 9 to 5.
This is Working Hard or Hardly Working on my nails. It’s a gorgeous blue-gray. I hope it lasts all week! <3
And this is Coffee Pick Me Up on my toenails — a cross between brown and plum.
I always just pick a single color for both my nails and toenails, but this time, I made an exception. Now I understand girls who choose to apply different colors on their nails–it’s because there are so many of them that they can’t wait to try immediately!
Besides, why should there be rules when it comes to nail paint anyway? :)
